RETURNS & REFUNDS

Set in Stone Package — Payment & Refunds

The Set in Stone package can be paid in full upfront, or via a deposit plus instalments.

If you choose to withdraw from the package partway through, no refund will be given for sessions or fees already paid. If you are on the instalment plan, you remain liable for any remaining instalments owing under the payment schedule you agreed to at purchase, regardless of how many sessions you go on to use

If a scheduled instalment payment fails or is declined, we will pause your remaining package sessions and attempt to process the payment again. Sessions will resume once the outstanding instalment has been successfully processed.

The Set in Stone package is valid for use within the 3-month package period. Any sessions not used within this period will expire and cannot be extended or carried over. ‍

Prices displayed do not include GST, as Sel and Stone is not currently registered for GST. ‍

We do not offer refunds.

Set in Stone Package Terms

  • The Set in Stone package includes: 1x 60-minute initial consult, 3x follow-up consults, a personalised treatment plan, weekly check-ins with personal responses, access to practitioner-only supplements, discounted 30-minute return consults, and optional advanced diagnostic testing (blood panels, stool analysis, organic acid metabolic testing).

  • Payment can be made in full upfront, or via a deposit plus an agreed instalment schedule.

  • No refunds are provided if you withdraw from the package partway through. If paying by instalments, you remain liable for any remaining instalments owing, regardless of sessions used.

  • If a scheduled instalment fails or is declined, remaining package sessions will be paused and payment retried until it is successfully processed.

  • The package is valid for the 3-month period from your initial consult. Any unused sessions expire at the end of this period and cannot be extended or carried over.

  • Prices do not include GST, as Sel and Stone is not currently registered for GST.

  • Standard appointment cancellation terms (below) apply to all sessions booked as part of the package.
